Highland Avenue Capital is a California-based private investment firm with offices in Manhattan Beach, CA, San Diego, CA, Malibu, CA and Palm Springs, CA that makes control equity investments and alternative credit investments in lower-middle market niche service businesses where a “transformational” thesis to a company’s business model positions it for outsized growth, both organically and via M&A.
We only invest in “what we know” – industries in which we have domain expertise through our principals and our proprietary operating network; proven track record of providing support to accelerate the earnings curve of our portfolio investments
We provide a breadth of operational and financial resources to businesses that operate in industries where a high degree of service is necessary and desired by constituents (“Be a Partner to your Customer”).
